Graystoke Capital Partners is proud to share that The Landon has been awarded Renovated Community of the Year (2023 or Later) by the Idaho Apartment Association.
When Graystoke acquired the asset, it operated under a different name and had no website presence. Since acquisition, ownership has executed a focused repositioning strategy — investing over $1 million in capital improvements, enhancing curb appeal, strengthening operations, and reintroducing the community to the market under a new identity: The Landon.
Importantly, this value creation was achieved while adhering to the original business plan and without relying on aggressive rent growth to drive performance. The strategy centered on operational discipline, thoughtful capital deployment, and long-term asset stability.
The name The Landon reflects Graystoke’s philosophy of investing locally and building for the future. The community was named after a local intern who was part of the extended team during the early stages of the repositioning — a subtle but intentional nod to mentorship, regional engagement, and developing talent within the markets where we invest.
This recognition affirms Graystoke’s approach to ownership:
• Strategic capital reinvestment
• Measured, sustainable value creation
• Community-focused positioning
• Long-term partnership with the regions we serve
We remain committed to delivering durable returns through disciplined execution and responsible stewardship of every asset in our portfolio.
