Graystoke Capital Partners Closes on The Crossing Communities Portfolio in Spokane Valley, Washington

Graystoke Capital Partners is pleased to announce the closing of The Crossing Communities portfolio in Spokane Valley, Washington.

Developed in phases between 2002 and 2005, the portfolio is comprised of 147 senior LIHTC units across East Valley Crossing, Sprague Crossing, and Tschirley Crossing. All three communities are located within a 1-mile radius in Spokane Valley, creating a complementary portfolio of affordable housing assets in a well-established market.

The acquisition reflects Graystoke Capital Partners’ continued focus on identifying opportunities that align with long-term regional demand, operational stability, and the preservation of quality housing across the Intermountain West.

The Crossing Communities will be professionally managed by Fortified Property Solutions, supporting continued consistency in property operations, resident service, and community stewardship.
