Graystoke Capital Partners is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sutton Place Apartments, a 103-unit multifamily community located in East Wenatchee, Washington. The community will be rebranded as The Landing at Sutton Place.
Completed in 2022, Sutton Place Apartments features spacious two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and a strong amenity package, including a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and multi-sport court. The acquisition marks Graystoke Capital Partners’ second acquisition in the Wenatchee market and reflects the firm’s continued confidence in the region’s long-term growth and multifamily fundamentals.
