Graystoke Capital Partners Acquires Christina Court Apartments in Carson City, Nevada

Graystoke Capital Partners is excited to announce the acquisition and preservation of Christina Court Apartments, comprising 40 senior affordable housing units in Carson City, Nevada.

Developed under the LIHTC program, the community was placed in service in December 2012. This acquisition marks Graystoke’s entry into Nevada and 11th affordable community preservation.

The acquisition reflects Graystoke Capital Partners’ continued commitment to preserving affordable housing communities in markets with long-term demand and meaningful need for quality senior housing.
